A few weeks ago i hurt my lower back and basically could hardly move ,
but after having only 3 visits to Duncan i was feeling almost normal and continued to do some exercises he gave me , consequently after 4 weeks i’m now cured,
Duncan is very professional and well informed plus he makes the visits comfortable so i have no problem in recommending him ,

I visited last year after feeling numbness in hands after starting a job which involves long hour seated. I grew concerned as numbness was getting worse and spreading to left foot. Limited mobility also meant I was unable to dress without sitting. 4 days post appointment I had full range of motion with no pain.
