The practice has had quite a few changes over the last year. When I have been in or contacted the practice I have found the staff there to be extremely helpful, caring and considerate. Mags the nurse has been especially lovely and my experiences so far have been positive. I feel looked after by the whole team.

The worst GP practice in the whole of United Kingdom. They asked a physician associate to attend to a case of 10 years. The guy became confused and instead of explaining the symptoms properly to his superior or at least ask for consent to take pictures in order to explain like a professional, he did nothing. I was waiting for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and all of a sudden I received a message that they can NOT send the medication. A patient who couldn't sleep, a patient who was feeling feverish. GP practice did nothing and left me to my situation asking me to await a review from a dermatologist. A referral that was made 5 months ago with no progress. At least you should help a patient relieve her symptoms while waiting for the referral. GP practice did nothing, NOTHING!!!!!

Been with this surgery for 3 years, have never been able to see the doctor once. The closest I've got to seeing a doctor is through a telephone call. I always call right at 8.00am in the morning, always have to wait nearly an hour before I can speak to someone (even though when you're there, they are not busy taking people's calls). Going to see if I can register elsewhere. Oh and also, I once submit a phlegm test via them and they never bothered to send back the result. They simply don't care.

If I could give this GP 0 stars I would, I am happy to see a review to say they are under special measures but nothing seems to change.

Every single receptionist in this practice is the least compassionate or empathetic people I have ever had to deal with. If you donā€™t want to work in a GP practice, donā€™t do it!!!

I have had the phone put down on me and in one day Iā€™ve counted 4 lies told by separate receptionist.

I have continually been lied to about appointments, blood test results and the process of actually getting help with several symptoms I have had.

I have had medical issues relating to family history with blood disorders for 3 months, several blood test which were not sent to the lab in time and the story goes on.

The appointment system is a joke, a doctor will call you between 8-5pm. What about the people who work in call centres who need to request specific times as they have no other option Even when providing several hours I would be available in that day, it is still not possible

EVERY SINGLE RECEPTIONIST LIES!!! Donā€™t trust them.

As someone who works in the customer service industry in a call centre, I take time to ensure everyone I speak to feel heard and has a plan of action.

This surgery is actually now medically neglecting me so who else are they doing it to?

I will be writing a complaint against this surgery, if this doesnā€™t get me anywhere I will sue them and I have very limited funds to do so but all I care about is that they make adequate training for ALL RECEPTIONISTS or close down because they are terrible.

If you can do anything, transfer to a new surgery. Itā€™s not worth your time or health.

To the receptionist reading this, try to be more empathetic or get a new job because this is peopleā€™s health at risk now!!!!!

Firstly my GP decided to stop my repeat prescription of both codeine and movical..they did not bother to tell me, I only found out at the pharmacist when I wentbto collect. I then had to fight for my prescription and was without medication for at least 7 days in pain. It has happened again this week and my gp rejected it twice (this time just the movical) I mean how dangerous can this be, you can actually buy it online. What right does a gp have to chose if you are ok or not without even attempting to contact you with their decisions. Secondly my son had an appointment at 7.15pm this evening it took him over an to get to the surgery as he has moved to Rochdale and as he enters he is told the gp has gone home due to a family emergency..why the hell did they not bother to call him and let him know is beyond me and then they tell him to come back in 2 days. He hasxa severe chest infection and an asthmatic, whyvarecthey allowed to.play with people lives and health. The receptionists one in particular is violent and it appears they all need training on communication

My mum tried to get appointment for 3 days after an intensive care consultation who was looking after my dad for a strep a infection said she needed antibiotics the surgery kept saying nothing they could do as no appointment surprise surprise after 3 x 1 hour and half waits still no joy and having to physically go and get an appointment at 8am.

Still waiting on practise manager ringingā€¦.
Receptionist donā€™t who public health England are!

And too top it off to be told only 1 gp on site! Letā€™s joker there was no massive emergency as it would all go down one gp and their head.

The worst GP surgery, constantly told lies by the unsympathetic receptionists, rude staff. There is 0 concern for the patients, I have been routinely calling and going through procedures here for 2 years and still have no diagnosis due to lost tests, not contacting me with results, and the impossibility of getting an appointment. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could put a 0 star review I would. Even before lock down I didnā€™t have the best experience with this doctors and booking appointments. Now however itā€™s actually impossible to see someone. Iā€™ve been told that you canā€™t get a bookable appointment and the only way to see someone is to call at 8am. How are you supposed to manage that if you work full time. When explaining that my need wasnā€™t an emergency the receptionist was rude and just say thatā€™s all there is. Disgusting
