I’ve been coming to Dr. Yusra’s clinic and I honestly trust her with all my skin concerns. She’s so honest, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve been to Dr Yusra’s Liverpool clinic twice now and the last time I had non surgical rhinoplasty with Dr Lauren back in March. The results are incredible. I’ve gone from hating my nose and being unable to tolerate anybody looking at me from the side to loving it! The whole experience was extremely professional and Dr Lauren was informative, kind and attentive. I was offered a follow up appointment several weeks later but I didn’t need it. Definitely recommend!

Another amazing visit with dr yusra today for my non surgical rhinoplasty. Wow I’m over the moon with it. Ive been considering surgical rhinoplasty but after my appt today and seeing the immediate results I no longer feel like surgery needs to be an option. Dr. Emily was incredibly honest, clear, and helpful. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the way she explained everything so openly it meant a lot to me.

The ladies at reception were absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm, friendly smiles and made me feel so welcome like we’d been friends for years 🥰. They were not only polite and lovely but also extremely informative and supportive.

It was truly a 6-star experience ✨. They are a real credit to the company and clearly care deeply about every client who walks through the door ❤️. I even noticed how kind, honest, and informative they were when speaking to others on the phone nothing was rushed, and everything was explained with genuine care.

I’ve visited many clinics and private hospitals, but hand on heart, these two ladies made me feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for 🙏.
