Doctor Zia has looked after me for many years she’s saved me many times. This Doctor is so kind, caring and understanding, I’d be a total mess without her. Thank you so much Dr Zia

I understand Receptionists have a job to do, but their attitude and the way some of them treat patients is ridiculous. Doctors are no better, they tell you nothing is wrong and to try home remedies, just to suffer over the weekend and have to call back in. Obviously they have no appointments left and it wasn't even 10am yet, not even in emergency. Rubbish doctors, rubbish Receptionist.

Horrendous experiences with Dr Zia. Wish I could give NO STARS. Made me feel like I was wasting her time. Very stand offish. How do you examine a patient’s throat from six feet away? Does not listen. She looks down her nose.I suffer from severe anxiety and have had no support whatsoever. She makes me feel so anxious that I do not want to make an appointment. I needed strong antibiotics for a bad UTI which I had tried to cure with over the counter medication but had to go to the doctor for antibiotics, what she gave me was the same as giving someone a wet feather to put out a forest fire and anxiety prevented me from requesting stronger antibiotics. Won’t go to see her unless I’m on my deathbed. Don’t go there. Seen Dr Hassan once, very shouty!

Currently: how times and attitudes have changed, it’s a real shame because just 5 years ago I couldn’t say enough good things. Now after a catalogue of errors, waiting times and horrible experiences from medical staff and receptionists my views have changed. The specifics of which will be reported to Patient advice and liaison services (PALS). But suffice to say, you run the gauntlet of how you are treated depending on who you are dealt with. The newest GP seems to be good so far though, hence the 2 stars rather than 1. Previously: (5 stars) I’ve always found Dr Zia to be really friendly, very helpful and supportive. Possibly the best Doctor I’ve ever had in my almost 50 years on the planet. The other staff here (nurses and reception staff) are also helpful, polite and very calming.

2 weeks ago I ordered a repeat prescription for my Diabetes. I have received the wrong one. So I ordered it again with leaving a note if they can make sure I will get the right one this time. I came today to pick it up from my Pharmacy and again the wrong one! It's so frustrating!!!! Lady on reception just apologized with not knowing why it happened again!!? I left with no testing strips and not able to check my sugar!!!

Receptionist is a very unpleasant person. Have dealt with her 3 times each time she has been so rude and unhelpful. It's not what she tells people it's the way she acts.
