Very poor experiences with this practice spanning over 10 years, I usually go without medical attention due to the drama and disappointment with the whole appointment system and unbelievable wait times, I'm not sure if this is down to budgets/targets/too many patients etc. I'm forced to make an appointment to see the Doctor for eczema cream for an ailment that is still incurable but yet he wont put it on repeat and i have to explain myself every time and prove that I still have it , yes!... its still not miraculously healed itself. Just bazaar and massive frustration every time I deal with this surgery and Doctor. probably thinking why dont i just move doctors?, BINGO!! finally done it

Trying to book an appointment with my GP 🤦‍♀️ told me to ring at 8, i rang at 7.59 its closed rang at 8.01 im 7th in the queue. After waiting 18 min finally got through to be told there's no more appointments left 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so you're telling me they book 7 people a day What are they getting paid for? I can have a video call oh yes because then they can listen to my chest to tell me I've got an infection oh my god I will sooner win the euromillion than get an appointment with GP 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Discussing place ! Trying g to get an appointment for 1 month. No appointment, 3 in the queue next to surgery, no more appointments left ! Always and only one advice - walking centre ! Disgusting place !

Really bad service . I was in queue this morning since 8 am then she answered that phone 8.10 am I asked if ia any medical emergency appointment she said all gone . How can all appointment will gone in ten minutes .

If you want to speak too a doctor don't go to this man , he will tell you his ailments, and not listen to a word you say ! Insensitive beyond words ... Never again will I speak to this man
