10th March 1873 Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. It's a shame this has not yet reached yourselves because if it had you would be able to return calls and maybe text or email when 3 times a request has been made and a reply was promised.
The NHS means National Health SERVICE and sadly you are not doing a good job re the S word.

The best surgery I have ever been registered at. Reception team are absolutely beautiful people, the GPs go above and beyond. The people who work here are amazing and I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you all so much for being your lovely selves and I hope everybody appreciates what you do for us ?

The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. My daughter needed travel vaccinations pretty quickly and they were so good with helping with this, quickly getting her an appointment at the last minute. They were also understanding and helpful when we realised that she wasn't actually registered at the surgery anymore ( she's a uni student returning home after completing her final year) . This wasn't a problem for them and they sorted it straight away. The speed with which they dealt with us was much appreciated.
