I've only had great experiences here. The telephone waiting line for appointments is long, but my gp Denise is so helpful and friendly. I've had my share of rubbish gp's and am so grateful to have someone who actually cares about their patients.

In my 69 years I have never attended a surgery which has been as thorough and efficient as Modality, Alexandra Road. From the receptionists on, every appointment I have had, whether it be with a nurse, a nurse practitioner or a GP has been dealt with in a friendly, sympathetic and professional way. My wife has made similar observations. Thank you!
