It’s great until when 8am turns up and someone forgets to turn off the answer phone telling us the surgery is closed
And your sat there waiting for a connection to the reception Via the phone
8am turns into 8.30 then 9am then nothing
This in turn then adds to my problem of a illness then extra anxiety on top
If this sounds a negative post then re adjust your phone times or use a new way of connecting to you patience via this form of new Technology
