Around 10 minutes a go I pulled in to the surgery to simply turn round - there was no chain a cross so I entered - only to be met with a barrage of abuse from a ‘lady’ with a foreign Accent telling me to get out and that this is private property ! I told her not to speak to people like that has she only had asked I would of POLITELY told her I was only turning round. If this ‘lady ‘ is who Represents you on a daily basis I recommend putting her on a people Management programme because how she spoke to me was disgusting . If you can be anything in this world , be nice . God knows where all in it together . Disgraceful behaviour .

One of the worst GPS ever!! They completely ignore your requests... Asked numerous of times for Dr johri NOT!! to handle my case and have him barred from accessing my records. Within two days he was ringing me. Diabolical! They are aware of my situation yet continue to dismiss my needs and the lack of empathy needs looking at also. Personally they all need retraining apart from Hayley who is always a delite. AVOID!!!!!

In-stock house surgery is a great gp and anp service. Easy to contact, easy to speak to a doctor, incredibly caring and friendly service from all staff. I've seen Hayley, one of the ANP's the last few times I've attended the surgery for both myself and my little girl. What a lovely, down to earth lady. Totally recommend! Thanks for your help.

Good service to the local community. However, I do wish they would chose a radio station that is more calming!

For the receptionist this morning, who answered the phone with a smile and friendly, thank you very much, you were lovely on the phone, merry Christmas to you all x

Dr and staff are lovely people. Always go out of there ways to halp you.
