I cannot fault this Surgery. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and the GPs and Nurses are highly skilled and patient and none of them ever make you feel rushed. I use the excellent online services provided by the Surgery to book my appointments and repeat prescriptions and have never experienced any problems with these. I can always get an appointment on the same day if I need one, and the end of day GP emergency clinic is an exceptional service, too. This Surgery does an amazing job against a background of continually increasing demand versus reducing funding. Thank you to all who work at Dorridge Surgery for providing such an excellent service under very challenging circumstances. Your hard work and dedication is very much appreciated.

Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. Can I please make an appointment to see a doctor? Can you call back tomorrow? Does that mean tomorrow you will have more appointments you can book? So the answer is no I can't make an appointment!
Finally got to see a doctor, doctor says see you in a month, receptionist says you have to phone on the day, well its took 3 months to get this appointment so guess I will see the doctor in 4 months time.

Although at times it's very difficult to get through on the phone.. nevertheless when you get your appointment sorted the doctors give invaluable advice and are extremely professional in there jobs.
I couldn't recommend a better surgery ..
In my opinion it's 5 star ..
