Can’t fault the doctor I’ve gone here since I was born, but ever since moving to Sutton park I’ve found the reception service and response to prescriptions have become and absolute joke. Never gets sent on time even when ordering at the earliest date possible, guaranteed the same stress every month of going to the pharmacy to be told it hasn’t been processed. Always blame the NHS app as an excuse. Will be moving on after 31 years. Not good enough!

Can never get an appointment 😡 Called first thing in the morning an was only 7th in the queue when the call started to then waste 2 hours!!! waiting for someone to answer the phone which they never did before call timed out. Over 2 hours to book in 6 appointments! Absolute joke!!

Been here for 2years ,some ppl complaining about waiting time , obviously like everywhere had to wait few mins past my time but never longer then 15mins

One annoying thing is u have to call 8-9 to book appointments which make no sense for me but other the that it's ok

Has been my GP practice since I was 11 years old. Can be quite hard to get an appointment but when I do feel like I get good care.

always a problem, I can't reach them by phone. no one answers the phone since 8 a.m. A few minutes after 8, the list is always full and there are no places available. Big problem to make an appointment.

Its ok very helpful for my children as foe me i get told my issues are due to been overweight .. some of it is nothing to do with my weight, my weight doesn't help but thats not the cause.. other than that its a👍

Just rang to get my.eight year old son in who two weeks ago.hE bad.ear infection still ain't.gone and apparently no doctors are in haha absolute.joke be.deffo moving doctors do not go here
