Seen at this practise as a private patient for a personal injury claim at the cost of NHS patients .
My appointment took 25 minutes .
My appointment was for 3.30 and I'd travelled 80 miles to see him from Cambridge . I thought I was going to see a specialist in head injuries but clearly what I arrived at was an NHS GP surgery so why didn't my solicitor arranging this sort me with an appointment close to home ? I smell a very big rat here ?
I've contacted the GMC and making a complaint in full. He had a 3.40 booked in himself so why would you do that if you've got an private appointment at 3.30?

in who he'd booked himself

I have used the services of this surgery for ten years. All practitioners have been excellent, knowledgeable and patient . In all I have met about six doctors from St Clements surgery. The nurses and receptionists are also very good indeed .

Absolutely rude! I wait for almost an hour outside in the cold just to get a register form after being told from them to pop in. And then had the door shut right at my face and the let other people in without asking me first if there was something else that I needed!!!
