Isn’t a 0/5 star, but this is an appalling surgery to ever get through. Doctrin dosent work either. Simply you cannot ever get through on the phone number, you cannot book appointments at the desk when you go in which is ludicrous. It’s never ever busy there so why so difficult to speak to anyone. Are all St Neots surgeries like this as I deeply regret joining this one.

Dr baxter told me wrong test result which ending me losing 2 stone weight. Doctorin was a great idea but always closed. Even ignore urgent appointments from 111. I don't know who to go to in this kind of situation.
