Brilliant experience this morning with Dr Wilson. O. He took his time to assess the needs of my two daughters. He was very patient and asked all of the required questions in addressing our concerns before providing professional advice. We felt heard and seen. Thank you very much Dr Wilson

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ANP Ifeoma during a phone consultation on 24 February 2025. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the standards of patient care, but this consultation fell far below expectations.

Key concerns:

Dismissive attitude towards test results – I raised concerns about ongoing health issues but was told they would "resolve themselves" without any clinical explanation or guidance.
Lack of support with medical devices – Despite reporting issues with my prescribed equipment, I was given no assistance and was instead told to book another appointment.
Failure to discuss medication changes – Important updates from my hospital visit were completely ignored, and I was refused a discussion about my medication adjustments.
Neglect of high blood pressure review – A clear hospital recommendation to review my blood pressure was overlooked entirely.
This consultation provided no solutions, no advice, and no professional engagement. I left feeling unheard and dismissed. If this is how patients are treated, it raises serious concerns about the quality of care being provided. I urge the practice to take action to ensure patients receive the attention and support they deserve.

The receptionists are the worst ever. I have been at this practice for 14 years. The reason I stay is because the doctors are good, especially Dr Wilson. But reception is disgusting. They don’t allow you to speak, they talk over you and patronise you. It takes ages to get through and when you do there are no appointments, even when you call at 8am. They cannot handle the amount of patients they have yet there are huge new signs saying “taking new patients”. The reception here has always been bad with rude staff, even when Barbara was there but now it’s so much worse with all the extremely rude Nigerian receptionists. It’s very stressful when you or your children are sick and you have to face calling this reception. I hate it. They have messed up on 2 different referrals that were supposed to be made, I had to chase them many times. Very disorganised. But I would like to thank Dr Wilson, he listens and genuinely helps.

I have been with this surgery since birth
No particular reason as they have never done anything to help improve or maintain my health I have never had yearly check ups ever! And over the years my mental health has declined significantly and I have not had any support from my doctor
Even though I was in hospital and the hospital gave them a fool proof blueprint to follow to get me the help I needed it still was not done
The doctors are lazy try to give old medications that have been removed from your prescription because they no longer work or are bad for you
They don't want to hear more than one thing at a time so God forbid if your sick with multiple things
I honestly feel like dying
You can't get nothing done withoutGP support
It's disgraceful

The receptionist are always giving out the complete wrong medications whenever I ask for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
