A fabulous Doctor that listens and cares
Backed by an amazing reception team who are caring and approachable and efficient and friendly nurse. I only go to my doctors if I'm really worried about something, I've always had prompt treatment,advice and referred to bdgh when needed straight away. V Hunt

The service is supposed to be safe, effective, caring, responsive to patient needs and well-led, and there is no evidence of this when dealing with this practise. Concerning the receptionists take on clinical opinions and decisions regularly. In addition, I am deeply concerned that when I reported the pharmacy had run out of my medication due to a national shortage, the response was that I was to call around Barnsley asking for it. When I explained I had done so, it was explained that "there is no alternative to your medication", which is a lie, as I was switched medication purely because the CCG said it was a cheaper alternative. The quality of care here is quite concerning to me, and I genuinely worry about how more vulnerable members of society manage with them.

No matter what day what time no one answers the phones, user busy for at least 20 mins today then it rings through only to keep on ringing low and behold you phone straight after and user busy 🤷‍♀️ Doctor never asks after my health or how I’ve been coping with my anxiety/depression ect just seem to spend more time in waiting room than with the actual doctor 😤
