I wish we could give this surgery minus scores! My husband has a history of stomach issues, he has had several GP appointments for referral for further investigation....but no, these two practising 'doctors', think it is good enough to tell him to 'cut out coffee', 'change your diet', even after they have been told he has done all of this with no change and symptoms still as bad!

How dare they think it is ok to tell a patient they can't have a referral and deny patients their basic human rights?! - This GP surgery needs investigating at the clear lack of care and basic empathy for the people registered! I wonder if these people are qualified enough to diagnose a cold let alone other health issues!
We are now looking for a new GP!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Always been a great doctor surgery for myself and my family until their new manager kicked us all out for being out of area (a quarter of a mile) even though myself and my children had been with the surgery for around 8 years and my husband around 40 years, we hadn’t moved house but it was decided by this new manager that we were too far, was so shocked as my husband had been with them practically his entire life and my daughter was going through the pathway for adhd diagnosis and needed the consistency of a doctor who knew her history , I pleaded with this manager to let us stay stating these reasons but was denied, in fact he told us to try an surgery that was 3 miles away instead! He had a disgusting and incompassionate attitude, and I truly feel for anyone else who has had to go through the same

I have been a patient with DR Nambisan for 33 years. In all that time, I have found all the staff to be very professional, friendly and very helpful. I never had to wait for an appointment. DR Nambisan is very caring and very professional at all times. The surgery is very pleasant clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Nambisan, and all the staff, they do a fantastic job.

Would love to give 0 or minus stars for Dr Nambissan. Incompetent, lackadaisical unsympathetic and downright lazy are the only words i can use to describe the good doctor.

Following the birth of my young son we have been fobbed off on numerous occasions regarding ad hoc health concerns and check ups.

At less than 4 weeks old we took our son to Dr Nambisan with concerns over his breathing we were told that we were being ''typical worried new parents''. That night we were in a&e and he was diagnosed with Bronchioltus.

At 6 weeks we took him for his scheduled check up where she completed this by looking at him, just looking at him and nothing else. Since we moved doctors he has had his proper check up and the professionals there were appalled at the lack of care and attention from Dr Nambisan's check.

My fiance tried to express to Dr Nambisan, her concerns over being a new parent including post natal depression and getting back into exercise. At this the mention of Post Natal Depression was dismissed as a fallacy and Dr Nambisan then questioned my fiances ability as a mother if she were to start exercising again.

Today, following a referral upon our son's birth, we have been told by the hospital that our son will need an operational procedure and that it is absolutely necessary to save him major inconvenience later in life. This is despite Dr Nambisan saying that ''it is nothing to worry about, I wouldn't even bother getting a referral''. This is after she told us that she hadn't even heard the name of our sons defect. The referral doctor was appalled at being told this.

These are just a few examples of the frankly appalling treatment Dr Nambisan has offered to us.

I have heard numerous stories of misdiagnosis for patients of Dr Nambisan, resulting in emergency hospital visits treatment.

Of patients going to her with mental health concerns and being told to ''get over it''.

Of lackluster and apathetic answers or diagnosis.

The sad thing is, i am sure that she was once a very good doctor, but now it seems she has lost the love for her profession and is now riding the waves by doing as little as possible en route to retirement, all at the neglect of the people she is paid to and took an oath to protect and care for.

Do not join Dr Nambisan's surgery and if you are already a part of it, change doctors.

This practise is second to none. All members of staff are friendly, approachable and professional. They have gone the extra mile on many occasions for my family and I can not express how much difference these times have made for my family.
