Dr Khan is the best doctor I have ever had. I have multiple medical issues yet she is not dismissive and treats each of them. The standard of care I receive is always excellent and she generally seems to care about my wellbeing, she always listens and has time for me. The reception team changes a little too often but they are good. I highly recommend this surgery!

I’ve been using this doctors for the last year although I hardly ever have the chance to book an appointment. So far my experience has been terrible. On my first call, the receptionist was rude to me on the phone. You can only book appointments over the phone if you call between 8-9 (and that’s if they answer the phone, I called 10 times in one morning and got no response). In my latest phone call, I was accused of lying about symptoms. I’ve tried to give this practice a chance but honestly every time I go there or speak to someone on the phone, I always come out of it feeling terrible. I won’t be going to this practice anymore, it’s not worth the stress. Would rather put up with the illness at this point.

This practice is no good of disabled patients if you want appointment. It took me half to get through to speak to someone. I rang from 8am had engaged tone after half hour the phone rang and was cut off. When got through was told no appointments where available. I struggle stand for long periods of time but to get to see a gp I am expect to stand out side in the freezing cold. Then I may or may not get an appointment.

Dr. Hayes is possibly the worst GP I have ever met. Sitting there with my years and years of medical history on screen, and two and a half years worth of sick notes validated by both of the other GPs at the surgery, as well as several therapists countless times and many years on medication, he asked me to explain why I 'deserved' a sick note and had me in tears trying to explain that. On a prior visit to him he was extremely patronising and pointed out what other 'normal' people my age were doing with their lives amongst other comments I don't feel comfortable sharing. This was about a year ago and I have only now worked up the courage to write this. I was very passive at the time and did not raise any problems with how I was treated because I've heard of this man creating problems for other people in the town who have. I'm not a person who ever writes reviews; even if someone is short with me I just put it down to a bad day and move on. However this man treated me with such contempt it has left genuine fear in me ever going back to the surgery. It's a battle for me to get out of bed a lot of the time and an even more difficult feat is actually getting to the surgery. The only thing that ever kept me going was knowing that the other GPs at the surgery always had my best interests at heart and were always very reassuring when they saw how much distress I was in. Now when I book in I have to ask which GP i'm seeing because I know I won't be treated with respect if it is him. I know nothing happens when you write complaints to the actual surgeries these days, so I've had to resort to doing this on google as a warning to anyone who wants an appointment here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would have my sister has had a leg and knee injury for 4 years every time we go to this doctors we are dismissed doctor khan continuously tells us she does not understand what is there to understand my sister has a bruise that covers half her leg that she has had for 3 years! She referred her to a dermotogist who recommended doctor khan refer my sister to a joint specialist she ignored him that was 2 years ago we have now gone to the hospital for a MRI and surprise surprise they say we should go to a joint specialist dr knan has once again ignored this advise my sister is in pain and can’t walk proper she is only 20 his could have been sorted if the doctor listen to other and did not instantly dismiss us. I would like to say the rest of the place is good but it’s not every receptionist tells us different things, one says we don’t need a doctors appointment , one says we do , one lost the letters from the hospital explaining my sister condition twice absolutely ridiculous every hospital doctor and physiotherapist we see are utterly appalled at my sisters treatment it’s complete neglect , would definitely recommend people to avoid this practice at all cost.

Brilliant doctors. Really friendly, nothing too much hassle for them. Almost always get to speak with someone or an appointment. Not at all like the cattle shed type of doctors where you are just a number
