Horrendous experience. Newly joined and was referred by 111 to get help here. The practice called to set an appointment after the referral from nhs, I waited all day but the clinician Alison Jackson never rang. So I called to chase and find out if the call was still taking place - they said yes. Then I get a text message saying I missed the appointment even though I did not. I called back and spoke to the most rude, insensitive receptionist. She first said I was on the list and because I questioned why she was speaking to me so rudely she put me on hold and then came back to say Alison Jackson won’t be calling me today because she’s finished for day and to wait til tomorrow. I relayed that I desperately needed to speak to someone but the receptionist did not care and continued to speak rudely. I put the phone down with no appointment or help, but a wasted day waiting for a phone call for medical assistance. Horrendous practice, if you can avoid, you should. I am now formally complaining about this practice to an external regulator. Shocking these people work in care profession.

Dr Hendersin & Parters send a letter to contact them to arrange an appointment for a flu vaccine for my 3 year old.
I have just spent 47 minutes on a call to get through to book an appointment, just to be told, the vaccines are not in yet, and they can't book an appointment today, but i should call back in a couple of days and try again.

I am just wondering why you would ask us to call and make an appointment and then be told that you can't book one. Just shocking.

like all surgerys some times difficult to get appointments to suit. That said the care and service provided are very good in my opinion the best in our town thank you bassette rd surgery.

Always a positive experience, all staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Comfortable waiting room and always as good as an experience of going to the Dr's can be.
