i have recently had a medicine review at the field view surgery. pauline performed the tests in a very thorough and professional manner, she made me feel at ease during the tests. On the rare occasions i have needed to see the doctor i have found his swift and accurate diagnosis and treatment have prevented me from getting seriously ill for which i will always be grateful. i understand appointments are hard to get and find it easier to talk to a pharmacist in a local pharmacy first for advice

Fantastic doctors. Been pregnant and all uncoordinated I turned up for my appointment at the wrong time! However, the friendly staff at the office arranged to squeeze me in and the doctor was extremely pleasant and helpful. They arranged what I needed on the same day and were fantastic at communicating with me. I very much look forward to been with this surgery for the foreseeable future and feel as though I’m in capable hands.

Extremely poor service. No appointments already (8.40am). This is for my children under 2 and 3 years old! Told to go to see a pharmacist (they won’t touch children this young!). Finally told to go to walk-in centre if concerned! What’s the point of this GP practice with no GPs

I was in a car accident and was left all weekend in pain due to my gp who couldn’t fit me in and told me to ring Monday and they still couldn’t get me an appointment rang 111 who where fantastic and got me an appointment with this surgery and I can’t fault them the gp was amazing so helpful and got on top of my pain thank you so much

I try to book appointment at the last tree week but evry time i rang no appointments all book i rang each single morning early but not chance for appointment very bad service I don't know how they managed this surgery but service is very bad

Absolutely awful since the practice changed hands
No access to doctors
No access to practice manager
Doctors are sent emails by other staff and then don't read them for at least a day. before then prescribing the wrong medication twice
Dangerous incompetence bordering on malpractice
Come back Dr Cook, you sold to a bunch of charlatans

Since dr Cooke left this surgery is a complete shambles the staff are completely incompetent they have absolutely no idea what they are doing and trying to get an appointment is a absolute joke no one cares how ill you are all they say is ring back at 8o'clock in the morning no appointments left

Dr J Milazzo is a very good doctor, but the way the place is run is very poor, very, very poor. What a shame, Dr. Cook and his team were excellent.
