I am very unhappy. I have not been able to see my family doctor for 3 months. I have called so many times, and my husband has called too, but the administrator does not make an appointment with the doctor, the answer is - call tomorrow at 8 am. It is impossible to make an appointment in advance. My husband has had high blood pressure for a week now. Today he tried to see the doctor again, and the answer again is - we can't help, call tomorrow! Very bad service! There is simply no service!

Had an appointment today and all i can say is thank you. The doctor I saw was extremely thorough. Put me totally at ease and I know we’ll get both medication and health issues sorted so that my quality of life is improved.

I have been waiting for 5 days to make an appointment. on the first day it was full, then 2 days off and on Monday and Tuesday the system went down, I'm waiting for Wednesday, maybe I'll make it

I have been registered at this practice for the past 21 years and have seen many doctors and receptionists come and go. Not once have I met with any unprofessionalism or rudeness, and as the first point of call, every receptionist has been both polite and helpful each time I have called the surgery. I am grateful to each and every member of staff for all their hard work and dedication to helping their patients.

Had an appointment with the practice physio Qaiser Chishty for a back problem. Got my appointment the same day, and what a lovely man he is, smiling and reassuring. This man has healing hands!! I could hardly stand up straight when I went in and I practically skipped out. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. Thank you!
