My husband attended the surgery today to get a fit note, he is recovering from pneumonia which put him in hospital for 5 days. Nurse couldn't access the system so he didn't get one! He still has pneumonia. He wanted to speak regarding other issues but the nurse was uninterested in anything he said. Feeling badly let down by the surgery!!!!!

For me, the spectre of dealing with past disease rears itself from time to time, and whether from that or other concerns, AMP have been consistently supportive, proactive and helpful when I've needed assistance - something I greatly appreciate. Yes it would have been good for booking appointments online to have been available years ago, but now you can, and it seems to work well. It must be incredibly challenging for any surgery to meet every visitor's expectations all the time, however I feel the GP's and all other staff at Aylesham strive to do so, serving the local community well.

I had an appointment with Dr Katie Cartledge at Aylesham Medical Practice this morning.

She was very nice. Clear explanations, easy to talk. I would happily recommend her.

I also saw Dr Hudson (on the phone last year). He was very nice too. Friendly and approachable. I liked him instantly.

The reception team are always polite, friendly and helpful.

The nurses are also friendly and easy to talk to. They are good at providing that extra bit of time and information.

I am happy with my Medical practice and feel fortunate to have them nearby.

I feel like the team regard me as an individual and treat me nicely. That’s something I value particularly highly.

Thank you to everyone at the Practice.

This surgery is the worst surgery I have ever had to deal with. Having to wait on the phone daily for an appointment only to be told at 8.08am that all appointments have gone for that day. Or stand outside in wind rain or the cold when you are ill to begin with to get an appointment. Can you tell me honestly how many appointments are made available for patients on the day? And why not just promote the nurse to be a full time gp as whenever you ring you tell the receptionist that you need to speak to a gp whether it is for medication or something more serious than a practice nurses skillset, and then the nurse calls you or sees you. Several times the nurse then having to say you need to see a gp. So 2 appointments have been wasted. Or why not just promote the receptionists to be nurses as they ask what your ailment is then disgnose it over the phone.

I was fortunate to see Dr Collier for my seafarers medical yesterday. What an amazing, caring and thoughtful medical practitioner. She has a manner that harks back to the days when a doctor knew their patients personally. I will travel the 2 hours from home every time I need my ENG1 renewed. Aylesham is lucky to have her in their community. A big shout also goes to the receptionist who showed compassion and sympathy. Thank you.

Reception staff were helpful and concise in answering to my query. Dr's are good to deal with and have refered me to the right specialists as and when ive needed them to over the years. Practice nurses know their stuff. Sometimes it's hard to get through on the phone in the morning but certainly not impossible as others have stated. I've found going in person is sometimes quicker and more reliable to get an appointment. Overall its a good GP.

The worst doctors surgery I have experienced. Can never get appointments, reception is rude and wants to know your business, why you need to see a doctor, doctors have no time for patients. The peaple that run the surgery are all in the wrong jobs. The amount of times my wife has been given the wrong medication for blood pressure problem's. Discrasfull.
