I would give zero stars if I could. Awful staff, rude receptionists who give you contradictory information every time you call them, doctors who treat you like you are bothering them, and a booking system that aims to ensure you cannot get an appointment. Introduction of an app that has zero appointments available and a system that only allows urgent appointments to be made. I have seen parents crying at reception in need of appointments for babies, older people spoken to like they have made a mistake for coming into the surgery to book an appointment or get a prescription, and non-English speaking community members spoken to like they are stupid. A horrendous example of NHS care. Cannot wait to move doctors.

Very bad service
Everytime very hard to get appointment and very hard to get repeat prescription always long queues on phone and at the end they said email us ......and when we email no reply and all the we wait for medicines

Absolutely appalling experience. Reception staff are rude and have absolute zero patience. They almost seem as if they hate their job. Don’t like it, don’t do it.
Almost forgot to say, been waiting for a ran out prescription for over a week and referred me to ‘Rusholme pharmacy’ because they apparently are “open 24 hours”. What a joke.

if I could give less than 0 would have been way too happy!!!!!! the doctors are fine, but the service of this GP is the WORST.... never pick their call, even if the patient is dying its impossible to get an appointment on time.. specially when u can only call in a certain time to take an appointment, and their user comes busy, and they would take the call when they r is no appointment left. also if i am to call to book medicine, wouldnt be able to just call, and stay on a queue, and order my medicine. but i have to call like around 100 times and which takes hour and then stay on a queue and then order a food.. may be they forget the fact that patients our here also have a very busy life and they need to take their time out to take care of their health.

Huge gratitude towards the receptionists in the gp, the doctors are really nice and knowledgeable but receptionist especially Katie has gone above and beyond in taking care of patients like my mother, just the general hi and a check up on hows my mother doing really lightens the mood for us, with ageing parents its usually a frequent visit to gp and every time they are so patient in answering any questions, keeping us aware and informed and of course the very polite behaviour with smiles on their faces has to be mentioned!! If i could I’d give it 10 stars just because of Katie and the other receptionists that are always ready to help in any means necessary when they can. Very commendable and forever grateful towards them

It's a shame - this has been my GP practice for 5 years, and the doctors and nurses I've seen are very good - but it's been so hard to get an appointment over the last 2 years that's it's almost like not having a doctor at all. There's no queueing system on the phones, so you just have to try again and again in very specific time window to get through, which is totally impractical for me and has stopped me from seeing a doctor when I've needed one. I'm switching practices because surely any system could be better than this one. I've set up admin systems in busy organisations before, and it just doesn't feel like there's any effort to improve the service. I realised recently that I am neglecting my health because of the barriers this surgery has put up, so I'm trying my luck elsewhere.

It is impossible to get an appointment on phone. I tried to get an appointment by going personally to gp twice but they refused to give me one at 8:30 am by saying that u need to come exactly 8:00 am.what kind of service is this?totally hopeless situation.
