They need to change the receptionist, so rude and not helpful, very poor service, worst experience of my life. The only person that I can say that really reassured and helped me it’s the nurse.

I don't usually call for appointments but the few times that I did the receptionist was not very good and not trying to help.

I've had enough of this practice's disgusting treatment towards their patient and especially a specific receptionist who has a personal grudge towards my father and thinks its okay to pretend that she can't hear me and hang up! On the phone to complain right now and i will be escalating my complaint above too. That receptionist needs to go and I won't rest until it happens and they account for the pain they've caused!

The receptionists are just so rude. I called for an appointment, she told me I was no longer a patient with them. I informed them I had surgery last year and used the physiotherapist there. They informed me I had changed GPS. Which I hadn’t. I asked if they had mistakenly taken my name of their system. She said it has never happened before. She was just so rude they way she spoke to me then dropped the phone.

Nurse Catherine and Dr Hassan were always very friendly and kind. The reception team were also very helpful and understanding.

One of the worst GPs you will ever see. Doctor only works Mondays and Wednesdays and each time they say they will do something they don’t follow through. My partner has been waiting for mental health support for forever and when he finally got an appointment they ignored his symptoms and told him to get on with it. Then when after a lot of pushing he got a prescription they never signed the prescription. What a joke…

Been trying for a long time for an appointment, can't see anyone and won't work the phone calls or clinician appointments around work.
I find the whole thing very frustrating.
This was once a practice to be proud of, especially when Dr downing was there.
How sad when a doctor can pick and choose what patients of theirs they will or will not see, with every excuse given, not one is valid.
It's a shame that I now have to find a new practice after being there for 36 years

Unfortunately, i have to write this review.

My medication prescription was refused by the GP several times without any rational reason.

They are well aware that I am using them for my moderate to severe pains on a regular basis.

I'm not going to get into more details. It is documented, and it doesn't need to be proved.

As a General practitioner, it is supposed that they have a better professional approach with their patient’s.

Dr. Awan Aamir refused to give my medication twice and asked me to have an appointment with him, what I noticed when I met him was he treated me as if I was a street person or a vagabond.

He just did a demo of the examination for my right knee, I believe it takes a minute and then he is looking for ligament injury through x-rays which was taken on 25.03.2022, and when I told him how you can identify soft tissue injury through X-ray, he applied for an MRI.

He said:  who told you, it should be operated and why you didn’t operate in the first place.

I responded: the Physiotherapist who is working here identify the diagnosis.

He said: I can not find any report on the system.

It was documented by Mr. Mohamed Mostafa on 26-June-2023.

diagnosis: structure of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint.

I will definitely update review with more details.

On 12th of Oct i called the recipcinist to ordered the Zapain, today is Monday and i didn't received my medication, i went to pharmacy in person on thursday and Friday last week, today i made contact with pharmacy they said we dont have recived any order, i consider this as a medical negligence.

Appalling can't get through to phones ever , waiting times are average 1 hour or more even if your 1 in the queue just to speak to someone at the reception.the doctors never even see patients face to face even though the government has advised doctors to start seeing patients face to face. Every time I have requested to be seen face to face they advise no.

The receptionists are not as good as they were before. (With all restrictions removed )unfortunately still cannot be seen they do everything over the telephone. Overall not satisfied they have a lot to improve on.if they start answering phones without the long period of times waiting and doctors start to see patients upfront Ofcourse I will happily rate the surgery back up.update

UPDATE 2023

Receptionists never at front desks whenever I arrive for my appointment lately no one has been at front desk they seem to be hiding in the back all the time appalling !! This needs to be looked at as we are left waiting around with no one to book us in for appointment time !!!some not all receptionists are lovely some not so nice
