Absolutely fine. A good service. Auto patient register is working again so straight into the usual clean and warm waiting room. 15 minutes behind schedule is again 100% normal. GP visit was quick, pleasant and orderly as usual. Thank you for a good quality of service

The lady at reception was very nice, very polite even after she experienced a rude lady shouting at her for absolutely no reason. Dr. Fox was very nice and observed my daughter issues in details. I am always happy with the service of this surgery, because staff are very nice and professional. My health improved, my last longing problems was sorted.

Had my first appointment as a newly registered patient today and since walking in to collect my form, the staff have been kind and very helpful. The doctor that I saw was very patient, understanding, and provided me with care that I have been begging my previous GP for for years. I’m happy to have found a GP surgery that seems to genuinely care about the well being of the people that walk in.

The call wait times lately has become ridiculous, what used to take 5-10 mins to get through now takes 25-30 mins and that isn't just on a morning when you expect it to be busy, this is at 3 in the afternoon too, they need more staff because asking ill and old people to wait that long isn't fair, this isn't a business. Yesterday I put in a triage form for a prescription at 7.30am and didn't hear anything back till around 2.30pm it shouldn't have taken that long. I think it was better before the triage appointment system came into effect because I could get a same day appointment now it can be 2 weeks that I have to wait.

I have always found all members of staff at both surgeries sympathetic helpful and polite. I have been able to access appointments when I have needed to. My ongoing medical problems of diabetes and cardiac issues are checked and tested at the appropriate times. I do find the new triage system difficult to use but I think it is my particular problem because a stroke left me with a degree of aphasia so following instructions and filling in forms can be difficult for me. All round I am fortunate and delighted to be a patient at this surgery

I filled the form in, because I’m dyslexic. I also called into the surgery to make sure id filled the farming correctly as this time it was for my blood pressure. Last time I rang they filled the form in and the Doctor just sent me straight to a physical therapist for my arm. When I explained to the physiotherapist he didn’t even understand what I was trying to tell him. My arm has just got worse and is really causing me a lot of pain so no for me the system does not work. getting to see a doctor seems to me impossible

the new online request form is excellent! It is time saving, less stress and hopefully clears the phone system for those that really need it. I have used it several times now and have had prescription problems resolved or referrals to services same day. couldn't rate it highly enough well done GMC

When I came in this morning the staff had been very helpful. and they left me a message to say that I had an appointment for this afternoon. My appointment was right on time with Dr Fox I couldn't have asked for better treatment from all concerned. C Hatch
