I have been a patient at this practice for many years . I have always received 5* treatment. Dr Esmailji has always taken time and care to give me the best possible treatment as over the years I have health problems. He makes me feel valued as a patient and not just a number. All the staff from the receptionist and nurses are super experienced and very friendly and approachable. Cannot recommend this surgery enough and thank them for all their hard work.

The doctors at this surgery are exemplary in there care, and determination to help. The receptionist is always kind, understanding and incredibly helpful. Dr.E Esmailji is lovely & he listened to me & is getting my health sorted out finally after 2 years or so at prices mill being ignored & dismissed & one dr made me so upset one day & he wouldn't give me all my regular monthly medication. Thankfully I moved so now Im at Stonehouse Health Clinic & have a good Dr. Who is polite & interested & wrote everything down unlike prives mill who seemed to give my notes with swathes of info missing. Im greatful that I now have a good,kind, proper Dr. to treat me!! Best surgery ive ever been to.

Amazing practice going above and beyond.. I’m sat here on a Sunday after my mother passed in the early hours of Saturday morning and I get a phone call from Dr E sending his condolences and checking if I’m OK as he knows I’ve been struggling recently with a health issue. How many GPs would do this? Community nurses who came out to confirm death said your GP would be in touch on Monday.

Woe betide the poor soul who calls this surgery to have Vanda answer the phone. They will have unwittingly walked into a call with the most condescending, unhelpful and rude receptionist I have ever encountered. If Vanda does answer your call and you are in need of medical attention I suggest you hang up immediately and call again until anyone else at all answers. Everyone else there is friendly, professional and helpful. I suggest Vanda work shadow her colleagues and takes a leaf out of their books or move into a profession which is not customer facing.
