This used to be a great surgery. Try calling and you will be left listening to a repeated message for ages or to go online to access services! When I finally got through I could hear other patients discussing their ailments, this should not happen! When I mentioned this to the receptionist she said the reason I could hear another patient was because the receptionists sit close to each other! They are obviously aware of this issue, so why has nothing been done to ensure patients who are in reception discussing their ailments cannot be overheard by a patient on the phone!
