I have been with this practice since i was born, obviously different doctors then. I have always found the reception staff helpful and polite, so I'm shocked to see some reviews no practice is perfect, i do love the nursing staff, joy, helen and marjorie. The doctors are helpful too.

I was in a car crash and had to wait 15 days to be seen by anyone, even with a paramedic ringing up saying I need an appointment didn’t speed things up.
When the appointment finally rolled around the GP was very patronising and even laughed at me when I was explaining what happened during the crash.
I had other concerns I wanted to bring up but I didn’t want to speak to that man any more than I already had so I left.
That was my first and last appointment and I’ll be finding a new surgery post haste.

BEEN ASKING FOR A COPY OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS FOR AGES. THEY SAID THEY ARE ALLOWED 28DAYS TO RESPOND, WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT WAS TRUE. IT'S NOW BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FCKN COPIES NOR HAVE I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY. I EMAILED AND RANG OVER AND OVER AND THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY WOULD SEND THEM BUT THEY NEVER DID. THIS PRACTICE IS THE WORST I'VE BEEN TO AS WELL. THEY WON'T TREAT YOUR HEALTH ISSUE THEY'LL JUST TELL YOU TO GET SOME PAINKILLERS AND GO TO HELL. I'M WONDERING HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL ALLOWED OPEN WITH ALL THOSE POOR REVIEWS....

Third disappointment with this surgery all concerning reception staff who seem to think she is a doctor ,went to pick up prescription not there apparently i requested for it to go to chemist in that building which i never so would have to had waited 30mins for it to open .next one same woman went to doctors to pick item up she said it would have been sent to chemist so went to chemist waited got in chemist and they said nothing been sent so while in there i phoned doctors and she said oh yes it's here so all the way back to pick up i had tried to explain doctor on phone said it would be at reception to pick up but no she knew best and finally to top all phoned to get repeat prescription she said pick up from my chemist tomorrow .tomorrow i said she said yes went to pick up chemist closed on Saturday's so had no tablets for two days unacceptable will be down loading form to complain in writing who she thinks she is absolute disgrace
