Dr Knight is fantastic- she's very observant and her technique is flawless. I have been super happy with the results (anti wrinkle injections, super natural looking results)- exceeded my expectations and dissolved my fears completely as a first timer. She also listens to what you want (doesn't project anything). Finally she's super friendly, calm and sweet. I found my favourite injector for sure.

I’ve always found Ayanna Knight’s service to be extremely professional and efficient. I would trust her over 99.9% of less well trained practitioners. I would happily pay 30-40% more for GMC approved Doctor any day of the week. And I’ll wait for an appointment on that basis. It’s not just the appointment you are paying for- it’s the aftercare, accountability and level of experience.

You get a sense that Dr Knight is businesslike with rock solid boundaries around best practice, protocols and payments. Having worked with members of the public I imagine that this probably accounts for some of the one star reviews she’s received. You can’t please everyone- and aesthetics bring up a lot of emotions in people: such as feeling unseen, anxious and stressed, which can lead to people acting entitled or crossing boundaries.

As to the accusations that some of her reviews are fake- I find it hilarious. The reason Dr Knight has so many reviews is that a) She’s fully booked most of the time
b) She’s proactively asking new clients for reviews
c) Most of her clients are genuinely happy with her standard of work

Clearly she has resilience to ride out a few below-average reviews. On a balance her track record is pretty impeccable at 4.9 to 5 stars. Ayanna has never pushed a treatment on me, implied that I need something I haven’t asked for, overcharged me or failed to respond to a concern. I can also see from her processes that she takes hygiene and safety very seriously.

Personally think she’s the best in Brighton. Five stars- from this genuine, non-fake reviewer. 😄

I received one round of cryotherapy (nitrous oxide) to remove a couple of warts from my face, which I was feeling self-conscious about. The procedure - administered by Dr Ayanna Knight herself at her London clinic - was quick and painless. And best of all, the results were amazing; both warts had completely disappeared within two weeks, leaving no visible marks underneath. Dr Knight was very friendly and I was happy with the level of communication throughout. The service didn't come cheap (around £400 including deposit) but given the results and boost to my confidence, it was well worth it.

Really good service. I’m on my 7th out of 8 facial laser session and I’ve seen the results since the first month. I’ve been treated for facial hair removal before and all the previous treatments were kind of painful and left marks for few days. However, this ice-laser treatment is painless and keep my face softer after every session.
The doctor is really charming and calm. She is taking photos prior to each session and pays more attention to the areas where the hair is more abundant.
Honestly, the top hair removal treatment I’ve tried!!
