Took in a letter from st Thomas's hospital London. On the 31st January asking for the earliest possible appointment. It is now the 10th. February and the letter has not even been looked at or put on her records. You could die before seen. Also iasked for her to be seen as she is DEAF. So hey ho they give her a phone consultation

After so many calls got through and surprisingly fully booked and was told to call back in the afternoon so I went down at 3.15 when they open the doors first one in
No one else in doctors made all the appointments the reception said and that I had to go to DMC wowwwww welldone receptionist for your help

No would be better for this place never get to see doctor and when you complain about the staff NOTHING is ever done and the small blonde one is racist me be time for the GMC to look into this place and i will be getting in contact with them

One of the receptionists is very Racist and rude . This woman lets the whole team down . Very bad experience that's why I have changed my Gp. I think that woman needs some friends as she always looks depressed. Or may be some Asian curry .
