I'm so glad I ditched this GP for a better GP elsewhere. I can say that the GP I'm at now there is no waiting to be seen, no 2 hour waiting on the telephone, no rude staff compared to the bad traumatic experiences I've had whilst being registered at this GP. The reception staff are rude no respect they think they have a cure for everything. However, I can say one good thing about one person in this place. And that is DR Arnot. She has worked here all her life and is over worked and defo deserves to be in a better environment for the work she does! It's a shame the staff can't be as nice and friendly as her!
