Just wanted to say what a great place this is with very friendly and helpful staff. Item was described as "spares/repair" and the staff took the time to explain what was known about it so I took a chance and now I`ve cleaned it up it works as new.(Thorens record deck - great bargain ! )

Before it got moved around, it was a great place to go for books and could find old books too now there isn't even half of what they had.
It is also very hard to navigate around the large appliance/furniture area with a pushchair now.
If its busy (which i know is good for them), then its hard to get anywhere, especially when you have an autistic 2 year old in a pushchair who can easily grab off the shelving.
The man who served me was great, chatty, and made us laugh 😃
However, none of this will stop me from going to this charity shop due to how they helped my mum 20 years ago during her last final months.

My favourite charity shop! Had some of my best finds here. It's huge, lots of stock and so reasonably priced. Go early and mid week if you prefer a quieter store, in the afternoon and on weekends its very busy.

I visit every Saturday with my wife. Lots of great bargains. Staff are greatly lovely and always happy to help. Delightful and clean. The furniture lady let's me rest on the sofas well my wife shops.

Visited today after seeing on their Facebook page that they had some great prices on the furniture stock. Kirsty was very helpful. I do pop in regularly as the items they have changes daily. ‘I usually come away with something!
Have to give praise to the two DM Furniture delivery guys, who went above and beyond to ensure the furniture was delivered in situ. Having to take the legs of the table and then putting it all back together. Didn’t get their names, but one of them was from London.

This is my favourite charity shop , I come every week and always pick something up . Lovely Bric a Brac section and lots of clothes , prices are always very reasonable too compared with other charity shops . Staff are all really nice and friendly
