Excellent in all respects, good information supplied and choice of product offered. I wanted an item that was not in stock at DHS supplies at Christchurch. We never used the mattress, but because we'd removed the plastic bag that it was rolled up in, we cannot return it. As a result, I'm over £100 out of pocket. This is petty minded, money making & unprofessional. Welcome to the 21st century!! Rest assured, I will be leaving many more reviews across the internet about this organisation. Not a transparent company to do business with - avoid!!

Great prices, great service, with deliveries often next day, and the team are all very pleasant to deal with. My only quibble is that it's a bit of a faff to have to fill out a separate form each time to get the VAT exemption. Could this not be incorporated into the ordering process, particularly for account holders who order the same products regularly?

Every thing went very well from contact to delivery. The price for the goods were very reasonable. My only negative is that because of the order being under £25, the postage charge inflated the total price of the purchase. Therefore the goods were not the good bargain they first seemed.
