Having had an accident at home I was advised to go to hospital for assessment and treatment. Very short wait before being called through for assessment and some very speedy treatment and medication. Nurse was incredibly professional and friendly and chatty as necessary. On exiting the department the waiting room had become considerably busier, particularly with children, some of which had returned from x-ray. A fantastic service run by wonderful staff, couldn't ask for more.
