Dock Pharmacy's website is easy to follow and use , with great prices. I bought a prescription drug for my dog and what you have to do is easy and straightforward. Once purchased and prescription sent I received emails detailing where my order was in the process and in a matter of days , I received my purchase. A great Company which kept me informed along the way of my order .

I would recommend this pharmacy. I ordered online and posted my private prescription as advised. My order was processed quickly and medication received in just a few days. There was a slight delay with my order and I had to contact them by phone. The staff were very friendly and advised they would call be back with an update which they did. Positive experience overall and will use them again

Placed a prescription order online and didn't receive it. Tried to chase delivery, I sent x3 messages through the website and had no reply. Also left x2 messages on the answer phone leaving all of my contact details and still no call back. Really disappointing. I do not normally post negative reviews but I've tried every other option to resolve my issue with no luck.

If it wasn’t for this pharmacy then I would still be waiting to start my EPI medication. I tried 8 different chemists and was told there is a shortage of supply for this medication. I found Docks pharmacy online and saw they had one box of what I needed left. I spoke with them and they assured me they would keep this for me until they received my prescription in the post. It arrived a few days later and I can now start my medication thank you Dock pharmacy 🙏 they are extremely helpful and reliable and couldn’t do enough to help me. I will definitely order from them again and couldn’t recommend them enough 🙂

My prescription was for my dog. Messages from Dock Pharmacy refer to the prescription for a human. Tried on wattsapp for help with re-ordering the person gives a name who is supposed to be helping me gave no response to my questions. Sorted it out myself re ordering. Not impressed by the wattsapp representative who didn't respond to any of my messages. Persons of certain age need a little help with ordering.

Disappointed today. Advertised as opened till 10.30. Arrived at 9.50 to get an out of hours prescription and they were closed. If your hours have changed it would be a good idea to update on Google..
