I have been a member of DMF for nearly 8 years. I love everything about it. It offers small group training, nutrition advice and each session is never the same. It is a unique gym in its own right and has so much to offer. If you work hard with the coaches help and support you can achieve some incredible results.

Joining DMF Evolve was the best decision I ever made. They are very supportive and friendly, and always up for a good laugh in your sessions. I joined with the hope of loosing weight and building my physical ability so that I could go back to competitive sport. Not only have a lost weight and improved my physical ability, I’ve gained a great community to help me along the way.

The small personal group sessions at DMF have been excellent and have helped me pick up my fitness level within a month that I couldn’t quite pick up for quite some time . Dan and his team have been extremely supportive and the members are all very warm and welcoming. Plenty of 1:1 time to go through the right techniques, nutritional follow ups without feeling pressured to compete has restored my confidence. I am very happy to have got my fitness mojo back. Thank you DMF! Definitely can’t recommend this gym highly enough 😊

Only just joined a couple of months ago and starting to see my body composition change for the better. The team are brilliant, supportive and always willing to provide nutritional information as well as providing specific exercises for you wants/needs. Great atmosphere in the gym, such that it feels like you are working out with a group of friends as the gym seems to attract community minded individuals.

I joined DMF in July 2024 after doing little to no exercise for the best part of 10 years. From the minute I walked through the door for my first session, I was made to feel like part of the family and I haven't looked back. Every session is different, the coaches are fab and the people are lovely. DMF is a really special place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness, strength and overall wellbeing.

I’ve been a member of DMF for almost 6 years. It is a gym like no other. The coaches are great and supportive as are the members. I love coming here, lots of banter and hard work. I’m reaping the benefits as I’m strongest I’ve ever been in a long time.
