Took a week for my repeat prescription to be ready. Also told they don't deliver to disabled people any more unless you pay for it. Atrocious.

Very professional. I was asked if I had an appointment on entering, not having one wasn't a problem, I just had to register, the man in charge had it all under control, and so friendly, he noticed I wasn't local (from Wigan) and I was still made to feel welcome, the young girl that gave me my booster gave me the same feeling of friendly professionalism, was thorough with questions, and I found it so cute and caring that she put a plaster on my arm after the jab because I had a white top on. I was in and out of the shop in 5 minutes. I don't impress easily, but I have to say that I left there feeling like I was part of the family, and that was just in 5 minutes. Overall, these guys make "The Rest" look like Amateurs!
