I had the most wonderful time at the retreat. I needed a kick start health wise, and this was just the most perfect place to start.
All activities and staff are great, and soo passionate about giving you the best experience.
I did not want to leave, and cannot wait to return. 5* all round from me.
Thank you, Eden, Sarah, and your amazing staff. Due to my fantastic experiences, and your amazing staff, I will be squeezing in, Yoga, pilates and body fitness, to my week from now on. Oh, and eating more plant based foods, goes without saying, after the amazing dishes we were served.
