We have been with Desford Medical Centre for 16 years + they're the best doctors in the area from reception to Dr Mania we moved out of the area for one year so had to change doctors but moved back to be in this wonderful doctors area well done all

Doctor Maini, reception staff, nurses can't fault them one bit they are so kind, polite and caring never had a problem we are very lucky to have this practice in my opinion they are the best l have ever been with ...keep up the good work they are outstanding and really go out of their way to help you 5* +++++++++

Today I went to Desford medical Centre for the first time and what a lovely experience I had. Highly Recommend Dr A Caratela!
He was so helpful and caring with my daughter today. He went above and beyond so thank you for all your help!

Even the Reception staff was polite and helpful. Great experience I’ve had today 🙂

Reluctant to give great reviews for fear of our Wonderful Head of Practice being evermore Overwhelmed!
At these most difficult/challenging times, The Head of Practice along with his Partner are working extremely and caring hours, We are so fortunate to receive person centered care...Reception Assistants are knowledgeable/ friendly/ helpful as always...Thank you all very much ?

I've used several surgeries over the years, all of which treated me like a piece of meat, or just a number on their records, then I moved to Desford.

The staff on reception are very friendly and professional, and always willing to help in any way they can, and treat me like a person.

Dr Mainie and Dr Barket are absolutely and truly amazing! Between them they have managed to sort out problems I've had for over 20+ years in just a few weeks, and even managed to get blood out of me which is a big deal as I have a phobia of needles. There both very human and compassionate people who genuinely care about their patients, and have pride in what they do.

I can't begin to praise the surgery and staff enough, and in my oppinion there is no better surgery.

Meant to have an appointment today at 11.30 2 people infront of me, it got to 11.55 so asked how late doctor was running was told she wasn't even there yet, tried to make another appointment as this was a follow up was told can't make one, this would have been my 3rd appointment with same doctor and each time its been over 30mins late not happy at all.

Moved to the area 17 months ago. Not one who used GP much, but had a problem for a while. Treated with kindness and respect. All staff very efficient, and friendly. The doctor I see is competent, sensitive and friendly. Always excellent care, can't thank the surgery enough for getting me treated fast. As another reviewer say's, the best GP's surgery I've used. Keep up the good work.

The reception staff are lovely, very helpful & friendly. Although 2 of the doctors I have seen have been very rude & actually laughed at me when I came for some reassurance- being pregnant for the first time & not knowing what's what. Gutted I can't still use my old doctors. Not impressed at all
