Absolutely shocking surgery!! My mum has had no support from these doctors at all. My mum is disabled and immobile and the have today refused her a home visit and requested that she contact 111 despite being advised from the district nurse to call her doctors for a home visit as she needs to ve seen and has recently come out of hospital. What do these doctors do Absolute disgrace!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking appointment booking system. Surgery could have no registered patients and you’d still never be able to get an appointment. Literally sick to death of trying to call this surgery. Gives me anxiety every time I require a doctors appointment because I can never get one and you end up feeling more ill for all the bloody stress it’s caused you. Disgusting waste of space practice.

Extremely professional dentists, my whole family have been here since it's opened never had issues very polite man I've seen around 20 different dentists in my life and this guy is a top don when it comes to teeth the best, fixed me up in lots of different things, don't listen to the 1 star rating because this guy is hands down the best so please don't retire any time soon mate,, thanks for the service mate

Worst possible surgery, never any appointments, always get informed to go to the walk in centre, abrupt staff. Sometimes the staff will actually laugh at you, not funny when you ill and totally disrespectful.

Been a patient for over two years and the practice has been consistently inadequate and extremely poor, raised complaints and the practice manager fails to respond.

If anyone is thinking about wanting to be a patient, I would strongly advise you to think again! It is a 5 star POOR medical practice.

Avoid!!!!... The Practice Manager is totally disrespectful, only certain points are dealt with on complaints even requesting all the complaint to be dealt with, even ignores the request after 4 requests. Shocking and unprofessional experience!

There is no point being registered here, they are not there for you when you need them. Impossible to get an appointment. You get directed to the walk in centres who then tell you you need to see a GP, you end up going around in circles at a time when you're obviously not feeling well because you're trying to see a doctor!

every time i try to get through i just sit in the 8am queue just to get no appointment, no pre bookable at all, im chronically ill and theres no help available its ridiculous, here being your gp is as useful as no gp

Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get blood out of a stone! Over 80 calls to get past the busy dial tone only for the next automated voice to say all our operators are busy try again later... 32 more calls to get through busy tone, 36th in line, finally get through no appointments! Its an absolute joke!
