Arranged to call in between 3 & 3:30 to meet someone who would show us round with a view to mum moving there. Arrived at appointed time. No-one answered door bell for 10 minutes until a member of staff who was passing by let us in. She was unable to find the manager saying “she might be outside having a smoke”! No sign of her & then said she might be next door. Asked if we’d like to sit & wait - we declined. Terrible 1st impression so we left.
