I have been treated at Dereham Podiatry Practice for a number of years and have always had excellent care. Sue is caring, listens to what I say and always advises what she feels, is the best treatment. She has also done gait analysis to help me with a reoccurring injury and this has helped me so much as I am a fitness instructor. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, always greeted with a friendly smile and a professional manner at all times.
I would highly recommend DPP and have done so on many occasions. Thank you for excellent care over the years.

I have been visiting Dereham Podiatry Practice regularly for seven years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received. Everyone has been welcoming and professional.

I have complex and long-term issues with my feet, and my podiatrist Suzanne Clipson has looked after me incredibly well. I particularly value her attention to hygiene, and the up to date equipment she uses. She has literally kept me on my feet for these seven years, as I would really struggle with pain without her.

I also enjoy our wide-ranging chats, and appreciate her broad perspective on health beyond feet only.

Altogether, I can thoroughly recommend this practice. Indeed, despite moving to a new part of Norfolk, I will continue to travel back for appointments here.

I have been using Dereham Podiatry Clinic for many years (15). I have a regular maintenance appointment every 6-8 weeks. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable and helpful, seeing me quickly if a problem has arisen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone having any problems with their feet or gait. Susan has always been very knowledgeable about my underlying heath problems and always asks if there are any changes.
The clinic is always very clean and hygienic I feel very safe when using the clinic.
Brilliant service

I have used Dereham Podiatry Practice for many years and cannot fault the advice and guidance which has been given to me. Sue always takes time to discuss what she is going to do and carries it out in a very safe manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice both from a podiatry perspective and the biomechanics. Thank you

I had a biomechanics assessment last year and was advised to buy some PHITS 3d printed orthotic insoles. I spent £420 on these, however, 6 months on I have not had any improvement to my pain whatsoever. When I enquired whether modifications could be made I was told yes, but that I'd have to pay a further £50. I expressed that I have already spent a lot of money, I received this reply:
"My time and my purchase of the insoles, originally, has cost my practice and myself a lot of money too. I am not the NHS. There is, despite best efforts, never a guarantee that an assessment and insoles lead to complete resolution of an issue. The amount of money spent cannot guarantee an issue is resolved fully although we do our best. I cannot and will not give away my time and services for free I'm afraid. Perhaps you would tell us how you wish to proceed".
I would avoid this podiatrist unless you have money to waste and wish to be treated rudely.

Earlier this week my father visited this practice for the second time his first experience was good, his second experience was appalling he had a 10 minute appointment as the podiatrist was running late, he ended up sorting his feet out himself, and at 88 years old that is not an easy task. He will not be returning.
