Partner got infected wound after removing splinter. Finger was swollen, red and very painful. Looked on Internet and saw Boots had pharmacist consultation service for ailment. Went in, they wouldn't help and said needed to go to Gp as infected. Gp said no appointment, walkbin Centre or A&E. Came into your chemist onboff chance you offered a consultation service. Saw partner and got advice then issued antibiotics in under 10 minutes. Top service. Thank you

I have used this pharmacy a few times and while the staff are very friendly and helpful, the place always seems to be in chaos. Proximity to the surgery means it does see a lot of people coming through the doors but they should really be equipped to cope with this.

I don't think the shortcomings are so much down to the staff as down to poor procedures but you would really hope for better from Lloyds.

I misunderstood how much hard work and dedication to my health needs. All the staff work very hard, not just to keep themselves happy too keep people picking up prescription happy. I am very happy with the service. Thank you

Rude pharmacist asked me the same question 3 times then refused to serve me when I said I already told him three times the answer to the question. Rude staff in general not surprised it has a bad reputation now.

Usually a problem and no different this morning, I’ll be changing back to Superdrug in Norwich and making the journey there instead, far more reliable.

The Dereham manager phoned unannounced asking for bank details in payment for prescription delivery when banks advise only to give card details when YOU contact someone for payment to avoid fraudulent transactions. Had a letter been received asking the recipient to phone the chemist to make payment, there would have been no security issue. The manager failed to grasp the potential for fraud in this approach when contact was made with the chemist, "this is the second time I have phoned!" was her only response.
