I cannot explain how lovely the staff are at this hospital.
Through unfortunate events I have family in here and has been for 9 weeks. And the staff are amazing.
I especially want to.thank Rennee for his wonderful patient/family coordination he's so kind and friendly. A real asset to the hospital team

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful staff on Foxley Ward, Dereham hospital. The care was outstanding. Every single member of staff is experienced in the use of all the rehabilitation equipment. So even if you don’t see a physiotherapist every day, you can be sure that the nursing staff will be sure to see that you are using it correctly. They know exactly when to help and when to allow you to do things on your own. They are, without question, kindness personified.

Absolutely appalled by the on call doctor on Saturday 11th June 2022. My 3 year old son had temp of 41 I called 111 in hopes of having a visit from the out of hours doctor however was given a phone call appointment.

I was then asked to come in to the Dereham hospital I explained how I do not drive and have recently moved so no longer live near any family or friends, I was questioned multiple times in disbelief how I have no friends was told maybe it’s time to open my circle and he laughed at the fact in only 3 months of living here don’t feel comfortable asking my single mum of 2 young children neighbour to take me at 6pm. He asked why would I live in the middle of ‘no where’ (Swaffham) with no mode of transportation, i expressed my driving test is in 3 weeks then he questioned if I had a car!?
I don’t know what on earth all this had to do will my ill 3 year old
He ended up calling an ambulance for me told me they will be 40 minutes with maybe a delay of an hour as they need to go to emergencies.
I was so embarrassed when the ambulance crew came as was made to feel I was wasting their time yet we was taken into hospital with the paramedics suspecting a rare blood vessel condition.
Anyone reading this if you have the unluck of receiving a call from this miserable gentleman do not be made to feel you’re wasting anyone’s time and maybe question if he’s in fact heard of the NHS 6c’s

Can’t give any less stars
Went there for an nhs physio appointment for my back as I have degenerative disc disease scoliosis and sciatiaca due to a slipped disc
The physio turned round and said “ignore scans there a load of rubbish” she said I need to excercise and go back to horse riding and that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my back
Well I’ve just spent a week in hospital and am now waiting for possible spinal surgery to remove the disc as I went and did what she said and now I’m crippled!

Terrible food and choice ,physio ,what physio ? Mother in for rehabilitation, Bed sheets not changed regularly,cant fault staff but would not recommend
