My daughter is 8 and was referred to Ronald due to having a front tooth half knocked out.
From the moment we walked In We were given a warm welcome by Dimi on reception and our dentist Ronald made my daughter feel at ease during her reconstruction procedure.
He explained step by step to us and to our daughter what he was doing throughout. He is very calm and relaxed, we didn't feel rushed especially when deciding on a colour match.
I would highly recommend Dental spa 25. We also encountered Emma, Sarah and Mandy who were all lovely and my daughter appreciated her little gift from from Mandy after, it was a very thoughtful gesture. 😊

Amazing service, was referred there to have a root canal which my dentist couldn't offer. I am a squeemish person and struggle with needles They made me feel comfortable and didn't judge me to what I needed to do to make myself comfortable and have less anxiety. They explained what needed to happen and even helped with follow up questions after the procedure.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, its a need not a want and one I often leave far to long. That said since I met Gloria in 2019 I would not consider going anywhere else.

As soon as I arrive I was greeted warmly at reception by Ndumiso who explained everything I needed to know. I waited for only 5 mins before being seen in a very comfortable waiting room and was lead to where I needed to be.

The nurse Sarah was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable, both Gloria and her spent time talking to me ahead of starting any work. It is a completely different experience to the NHS dentist I saw as a child, nothing rushed and the feeling that they wanted to be there and do good work.

Gloria has always done exactly that, she cares about minimising discomfort and takes pride is the result of her work. The service here is excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I love this dental practice. Without exception from the receptionists to the principal dentist , Dr Ronald and Anum the hygienist, everyone is warm, kind, friendly and they go the extra mile to accommodate you when there is an emergency. The treatments I have received have been excellent and carried out showing the practitioners to be highly skilled. This is by far the best dental practice I have been to.

We absolutely love our dentist Ronald, he is so kind and relaxed and always puts us at ease and that’s reflected in all the other staff too. They’re unfailingly helpful, kind, patient and obliging. I even get to choose the music during any procedures which really helps calm my nerves. I could not recommend them more.
