Massive improvement in service since pharmacist change over a year ago. Queues reduced, stock levels good. Only one further thing to resolve. Opening hours. The attached surgery opens at 8am, people have early appointments that may give them pharmaceutical requirements, but the attached pharmacy not open until 9am. A large portion of the clients are in their later years and a trip to the doctors is not easy, having a pharmacy that opens this late, makes it a double journey. The Broomfield branch opens earlier, so why?

Here we have a Fantastic Chemist, I use it on a regular basis, the Staff are fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful. I have rated them 5 stars, but would rate them even higher if allowed, keep up the great work x

I have had the misfortune to have to use this chemist 3 times in the last couple of months. Staff aren’t friendly and can be downright rude and argumentative when being asked a simple question!!!!! Hopefully I will never need to go there again!

Poor service they made a mistake yet blame everyone else then accuse customers of lying when they blatantly have lied themselves to cover up their mistake. I had to give 1 star as no stars is not avaliable. Poor practice and behaviour by staff. Even manager lied and when spoke to area manager this was proved. Put people over profit. Disgusting behaviour poor practice avoid avoid avoid

I had to to collect a last minute prescription for my neighbour, there was a problem but they gave me excellent advice and I managed to obtain the medication just on closing time, very friendly and helpful staff thankyou.
