I'm so grateful to David for his support, knowledge and treatment on my knee, which beforehand I was convinced I'd be needing a replacement. As a result of a few appointments, I'm already walking more confidently and without pain. Along with his treatment /massage of the knee, David explains the exercises and frequencies I'll be able to do in order to strengthen the area and maintain his good work. 5🌟 recommendation from me.

I experienced a thorough assessment/consultation about a problem that had been with me for nearly a year. I was reassured by the confident way this was delivered and the treatment plan of strength exercises not only prescribed but demonstrated and the significance of each explained. I would definitely recommend this practice and the clinician David Zalech for anyone who is looking for expert and practical advice delivered in a straightforward way. I cannot recommend David highly enough I saw him for the first time pre op which was extremely useful. David gave me exercises to do prior to my op. Once my staples had been removed I revisited him This was worth every penny. Not only did he provide exercises and advice, but massage too. I was also much more confident knowing I was progressing correctly in my recovery. By week 6 I was walking unaided and I believe this was due to the encouragement and physio provided by David.

I am so grateful for David’s help with an acute back injury after a fall a few days ago.

I messaged Thursday evening, and I was immediately booked in for first thing Friday morning. David was very caring and supportive when I was upset due to intense pain all night. With his knowledge and skills, David assessed my injury and started a range of treatments including ultrasound therapy, and tailored exercises for me to do. Although my injury will take a few days to recover due to the bruising process, I have already noticed significant benefit; I have gone from agonsing muscle spasms that kept me awake all night, and not being able to walk without a crutch or do any daily activities, to being able to start doing them again just 4 days later.

David is reassuring that although some of my exercises will be a little uncomfortable due to my bruise, I am definitely seeing the progress of continuing them which is helping my recovery. I now have knowledge of how I can best continue my treatment plan on my own, and I really appreciate that David checks in to see how I am doing, giving me reassurance, it means allot during such an anxiety provoking time. I do not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for outstanding care and service.

Whilst I cannot compare David with any other Physio, I feel fortunate that I chose his clinic for help. He is so professional, he puts you at ease, assesses the problem. He then explains in detail what the problem is, and how to deal with it. I did some exercises with him, and was given a programme of exercises to do at home. My first night in a while that I have not woken up because of the pain issue. Thanks David.
