If you are having issues with an element of your physicality Dave is the person to see. I had been suffering with my achilles tendon for longer than I care to remember and contacted DDC Holistic Health. Dave did a 'Be Activated' session with me and I felt immediate improvement and relief, the first time in years. Dave is a knowledgeable practitioner and tailored the session perfectly to my needs all the while explaining what to expect and the methodology behind the therapy. Dave has an obvious and clear passion for what he does and is intuitive to the clients needs which puts him head and shoulders above other therapists. He will discuss what you hope to gain from the session and provide you with follow up advice and materials. A compassionate, dedicated and welcoming therapist, I cannot recommend him enough. You don't have to live with pain for as long as I did, get booked in!

Dave is professional, knowledgeable, calm and has a way of making you feel completely relaxed and at ease as soon as you meet him. I have suffered with knee pain for as long as I can remember and found I was struggling with some of the exercsies up at PT CORNER that were causing me pain and disckmfort. I didn't know Dave was a neuro-skeletal practitioner and when I mentioned my pain during a session he offered me a consultation. I had multiple sessions with Dave using activation therapy and I found It fascinating..and i learnt so much about my body. It was the first time someone had actually tried to identify what was actually causing the pain rather than just treating the symptom which is most commonly done with pain killers. I found the therapy really helpful and I cannot recommend Dave enough, he was really supportive and really listened and helped. Thank you Dave.

I recently had some Applied Movement Neurology (AMN) therapy with Dave for my sciatica and it was the best decision I've ever made!
I didn't know what to expect having never had it before but Dave puts you at ease straight away.
Dave is incredibly skilled at what he does and can tell you all sorts about your body you didn't even realise yourself!
I would highly recommend Dave for any aches pains or injuries as I can tell you my sciatica so far has subsided since my session! thanks, Dave for helping me out of my pain misery ☺

I have had Activation therapy with Dave a few times over the years. After having a back operation Dave helped me get back on my feet. He explained everything clearly and I felt very secure and comfortable having the Activation therapy.
I’ve also had Neurology therapy to help with Gastric and sleep problems.
During lockdown we’ve not been able to meet face to face for therapy however Dave was great and arranged to have therapy sessions via the internet. It was amazing to be able to carry on with these therapies and I feel so much better for them. I thought it might be a bit strange , but it Dave was amazing making me feel at ease straight away. Thanks Dave !

For a good few months, I'd been suffering from tightness and a dull ache in my right shoulder blade. I happened to mention this to Dave one afternoon, and he showed me several different stretches etc I could perform to relieve some of the pain.

A few days later I thanked him as I noticed an improvement in my flexibility and had less pain in the shoulder blade.

Dave proceeded to tell me to lie face down on a mat (I was sceptical at first) and relax my body. He then performed some sort of massage on my bad shoulder and it instantly felt better. No pain at all.

Ever since the massage treatment, I have suffered zero pain or discomfort, and with the stretches, I have a greater range of movement.

Before going to see Dave, I had heard and read a little bit about "muscle activation" and I must admit I was rather sceptical.

As I know Dave has a very extensive knowledge of health and fitness I know that he wouldn't suggest something unless he was 100% sure the method worked. So I decided to give it a go.

After one treatment alone the difference was visible. Literally from before the treatment to directly after, my muscles were simply working more efficiently. From several treatments not only has my performance improved time and time again but niggling, reoccurring injuries have been kept at bay since my very first treatment.

I understand everyone is different but speaking for myself and my personal experience of 'Be Activated' treatments, I have to admit that Dave has completely proved my initial scepticism wrong.
