Do not use this pharmacy every time I try to ring they are too busy to answer so they hang up after a message.
My father's prescription for his pain relief was sent across from the doctors on Monday.
It is normally delivered. On Friday when I eventually got to talk to them I was told they have no driver to deliver.
If only they had text me to tell me I would have picked the prescription up myself. I have now changed to Kamsons let's hope they are an improvement mind you they couldn't be worse than Day Lewis.
I have always had a problem with this pharmacy no delivery, prescription not ready they need more staff

I ordered my prescription on Fri 8th Dec online at 8am through my surgery. I received a message to say it's been passed to my GP and would be ready at the pharmacy in 3 working days. I calculate that would be the following Tues or Wed. Well, Fri has gone and no delivery. I tried to phone and they never answer the phone. I'm now short of my tablets. Not Happy.

Poor service I waited 12 days for an urgent prescription that was sent by my GP, and some of the staff are very rude, there is only one lady who is helpful and friendly sadly I have now changed my nominated pharmacy

After numerous calls and visits, the pharmacy keeps delivering twice as of often medications than needed. Huge waste of NHS money. Shame!

Passive aggressive staff member argued with me because I didn’t give her my ‘Christian name’. I’ve been in there countless times and my name has worked. She kept arguing with me about it - totally unnecessary and really off putting. I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
