I am a new patient at David Neal Dental. The service I received from the reception team was very professional and welcoming. I had some work carried out by Michael and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Had root canal treatment today and as an extremely nervous patient I cannot fault this team at all, they did everything they could to reassure me, the dentist was so kind and patient, explaining everything he was going to do and checking on me throughout the procedure, I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough and I won't have any fears returning for my next appointment. The unit is spotless and relaxing, staff so helpful.

I recently had an initial consultation at the surgery in Langney and it was a very positive experience. The surgery is modern and bright and the staff friendly and efficient. After a very comprehensive initial examination my treatment plan was explained clearly and I am confident that I will have a much better outcome than I had expected, enabling me to retain my natural teeth when I had assumed extractions and a denture were inevitable. I look forward to starting treatment, confident that I am in good hands.

My second visit to David Neal Dentist. I saw Michelle Day, the hygienist there. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Michelle was especially great at putting me at ease all the way through the appointment and spoke to me in a caring and friendly manner.
I was nervous before the appointment, but I was made to feel cared for thought the visit.
I would highly recommend this practice for their care and attention.

Pauline who works on Reception is a very calming, friendly lady who is very helpful. There is no pressure from anyone in this Dental Clinic. I walked in and booked my appointment, I found it very comforting to know that I would be in good hands. I attended my first appointment, filled out some paperwork which was asking how I would like the room temperature, if I would like music or the TV on to help keep me calm, I then had an x-ray done, the dentist was calm and explained everything that was going to happen throughout my appointment. I am very happy with the way I was treated and the plan that we have put in place. I am excited for the future and I highly recommend you visit them.

I visited for the first time today as a new patient and was very anxious (as I always am going to the dentist). Immediately the team made me feel very welcome. Michael put me at ease straight away. My appointment lasted for almost an hour (xrays, cancer screening and general check up). They were very thorough and talked me through everything in detail. Great dentist, has good communication and they are very professional.

The dentist I’ve seen is Aaron, he’s friendly and really helpful when it came to explaining the treatment that I needed.

They’ve always run on time and good aftercare, had a call to make sure that there wasn’t any issues after getting a filling.

No one likes going to the dentist, however the care and attention recieved truely was 100%.
From the first step into the practice to make my first consultation appointment I felt totally at ease. All of the colleges were extremely friendly. Everything about the procedures were explained. I was introduced to my dentist ( Michael ) and his team to get me smiling again, at no point did I feel uncomfortable in the environment. The practice is extremely clean and well managed and you can tell that everyone there is on the same page.
The procedures I had required the injections no one looks forward to, however this was managed extremely well with the use of numbing gel prior to the actual injection and I had no discomfort whatsoever during and very little afterwards.
I have recommended David Neal Dental Practice already highlighting their care and attention.
Also a massive thank you to the Lab Technician whom I have not met but has done an incredible job to give me some confidence back. I still have some work to do and will be booking again soon to finish the job!
