I would avoid at all costs. Overpriced and undeliver.
We pay almost the same price as our council tax and everyday things you expect to work like the toilets are either broken or filthy. The sanitary bins in the women’s toilets are regularly full to bursting. The men’s urinals were not fixed for weeks.
The air con breaks every summer and the entrance barrier always seem to be broken and take months to fix.
The showers have black mould, missing handles, calcification around the pipes and broken spouts.
If you have children, be cautious of the kids club. Our 6yr old went today and was apparently cornered by 10 and 11yr olds and now has a huge lump and bruise on his head. The staff did not complete an accident form and they didn’t make my husband aware when he picked him up which is a serious concern.

Had excellent service from Ruby and Leo . My Vanilla Latte was just as I like it . Ruby has a way of making members feel welcome and knows everyone’s name which gives a personal experience.

We were visitors of Chorley DL and had a great time playing tennis. The courts were great as always, and a special shout out to Claire (first aid) who came to my wife's aid when she sprained her ankle while playing.

We will surely come again if we're around.

We were here today entertaining for a child's Birthday party and the function room is amazing. It's really nicely set out and modern. The staff couldn't do more to help us and the family who booked. I'd highly recommend.

Unable a use my guest pass at 7am Sunday morning - new policy for Jan & Feb… over the last 4yrs of being a member I’ve never witnessed the gym busy at this time 🤷 Pathetic policy, I’d suggest wider management look at the range of discounted taster weeks they offer which only serve to irritate existing members and cheapen DL. Receptionists & morning manager obviously take great pride in their elevated position of authority preventing me & my daughter training together at 7am Sunday morning 👏👏 Bravo…you should feel very proud 👏👏👏 PATHETIC…

Soft play cleanliness always poor. Numerous times discussed with the team and mails sent. This stain is about 2 weeks there. Really disappointed

I was served by Ruby and Leo whilst I was in the cafe area. I ordered a jimmys iced coffee but they didn’t have any left. So they kindly offered an iced mocha (similar to what I ordered) and were really accommodating.

Arrived at 7am only to be told they’ve ran out of towels and don’t know when they’ll get more. We live 15 miles away so a massive waste of time and petrol.
Absolute joke this place, especially considering how much we pay per month for this shit service.
